Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project agreements or proposals.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest at the applicable legal rate

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2B Product Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as outlined in the relevant project agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Upon termination, all completed work and applicable payments remain binding.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
